Summary: I have always wanted to stay at Jewel Grande to get away from the excessive excitement of other hotels, we definitely wanted rest and relaxation with some entertainment. First off, the property is gorgeous, that view as you exit the main lobby is breathtaking, the pool overlooking the sea is a welcome to your vacation confirmation. The staff is very helpful, warm and friendly. That for me is worth the cost of the trip. There are 3 buildings and shuttles to take you from building to building with minimal wait, on some occasions we walked as the weather was very nice and there are shady areas. The check-in process was smooth and we got to our room and was wowed by how much space we had in our junior ocean front view. The bed was comfy and the room was clean, there was a little residue in the soaking tub but room service took care of that on our request. Let me get to the food, which is one of the reason I booked this hotel...if you want authentic JAMAICAN FOOD, hands down you won't be disappointed. We had jerk chicken, jerk pork, escovietch fish and ackee and sailfish. You name it we had it even though I wish it had more variety it was delicious. We didn't get to try the spa on this trip but me, my wife and my son (7 years) had a blast. Shout out to all the folks in the kids club, even though it was not busy most times my son did not want to leave and made friends! Big up to DJ rickey red, M&M and Nikki for the pool actives. Sadly, the hot tub was not working and mineral bath.

Summary: Our stay at the Jewel Grande Resort was excellent. The resort is very clean and well taken care. The resort has everything you to really enjoy your vacation stay. You have access to almost anything you might need on a vacation. The staff is very polite and knowledgeable. There was nothing that we lacked on our stay and I'm very picky. I would highly recommend Jewel Grande resort to anyone who wants to relax and enjoy their vacation. I will probably only stay there when in Montego Bay Jamaica because of my experience there.

Summary: Absolutley wonderful time. Best food we have ever had at an all inclusive. The steaks were amazing...and the creme brule at the steakhouse was the best I have tasted anywhere. Ocean was beautiful as were the pools. Our oceanfront room was C601 and we had a perfect view and all hot water worked great. Rachael was our housekeeper and was stellar! All the wait staff is so kind. We had Winston twice at the steakhouse and he was very sweet. You wont regret this stay! I would say our only challenge was there were a lot of stairs which was a challenge to navigate with our stroller and 18 month old. Everything is accessible, you just have to find your way and familiarize yourself with the easiest ways to go.

Summary: Lovely location. Our balcony view was spectacular. The beach was beautiful and relaxing. Staff were kind, and did what they could to accommodate guest needs. Food was decent to very good depending on which restaurant you chose.
